Bak Mei Kung Fu is a style which is believed to be named to one of the legendary Five Elders (the survivors of the destruction of the Shaolin Temple by the Qing Army). It is a Southern Kung Fu style and focussing in the internal power, neijia in Chinese.

It is also known better in the West as the character played by Martial Arts actor Gordon Liu in the Hollywood film Kill Bill: Volume 2 (2004). I have studied Bak Mei Kung Fu style from the Cheung Lai Chuen lineage. My master is from Southern China in Guangdong.
